Personalisation & Engraving

How do I personalise an award?

When you pick an award, you have the option to enter your details on the product page. You can enter text or upload images.

This will generate a live proof. This is a computer-generated render of what your award will look like.

When you're happy with your proof, simply add the item to your cart and check out as normal.

Alternatively, choose the Gaudio Proofing Service option and a member of the team will manually create proofs for you.

Each trophy has limited engraving space. If you’d like us to check suitability of engraving on a specific trophy prior to ordering, please get in touch. If you send details for proofing that aren’t suitable for your chosen award, we can advise on alternatives.

Please be aware: While we endeavour to make renders as accurate as possible, we cannot account for differences in computer or screen settings. Some colours, density of engraving or placement may vary in the final product. For further advice on uploading logos and text, please contact us directly at

What is the Gaudio Proofing Service?

When you select the Gaudio Proofing Service, a member of our team will be in touch after you checkout via the email address provided. Our team will create your proofs and send them to your for approval.

Delivery estimates exclude additional time for proof approval.

Are there additional personalisation costs?

No! We endeavour to keep pricing as clear as possible.

All prices are confirmed at checkout and there are no additional personalisation or origination charges unless discussed with a member of the team. 

On some presentation cups, we do offer extra engraving on the cup and the base. This will incur additional costs, and will be discussed with you prior to checkout.

I can't see anywhere to enter details. What do I do?

This may be because the item cannot be personalised.

If you are concerned you've encountered an error on the website, please let us know at and a member of the team will investigate.

Accepted Image Formats

Our configurator works with JPG or PNG logos and images. If you choose to use our Gaudio Proofing Service, we may be able to accept other image formats, and a member of the team will confirm your design. 

We advise using high-quality images and logos. For low-resolution images we cannot guarantee a smooth engraving or finish. If you're not sure about your logo, our Gaudio Proofing Service is available to help with your design. 

My logo doesn't look right when I upload it. What can I do?

If you're having difficulty getting a proof you're happy with using the configurator, please check your logo is a high-quality image. Low resolution .jpegs will result in pixelization and an unclear engraving.

We would also recommend trying to upload your logo in black and white if you continue to see issues with quality or clarity on your proofs.

If you're still having trouble, select the 'Gaudio Proofing Service' and proceed to checkout. A member of the team will be in touch to get your engraving details.

Can I order a bespoke award on Gaudio Shop?

No, on Gaudio Shop you can order ready-to-ship trophies with personalised details.

A bespoke award is designed and manufactured from scratch by the in-house team at Gaudio. We discuss your requirements, create a free design and manufacture bespoke awards at our workshop in Gloucestershire.

Order & Delivery

I placed my order but I made a mistake/want to make a change. What do I do?

When you checkout after using our online configurator or approve the proofs you've received from the Gaudio Proofing Service, your awards are confirmed for manufacture.

If you notice a mistake, please email us at as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to make changes to your award design. Depending on processing schedules, this may not always be possible. 

Does the delivery time at checkout include manufacturing time?

Yes, when we list delivery times this includes the time it takes to personalise your award.

Please be aware: If you choose to use the Gaudio Proofing Service, we will require email correspondence to discuss your personalisation requirements. Delays in correspondence will extend the expected delivery time.

Can I guarantee delivery in time for my event?

While we work with trusted suppliers and shipping providers, we can't account for unforseen circumstances and local delays.

Can I get trophies delivered to multiple addresses?

Yes, we'd be happy to arrange this. Please contact a member of the team prior to checkout.
