At Gaudio Shop, we engrave high-quality glass and crystal trophies and presentation trophy cups. You can also personalise and order resin trophies and high-quality medals. We offer two options to make personalisation super simple: our online configurator, or the Gaudio Proofing Service.

Common Engraving & Personalisation Questions
How do I send my engraving details?
If you input your text or logo onto the configurator, your details will come through automatically as input when you check out.
With the Gaudio Proofing Service, a member of the team will email you after your order is placed to request details. Once we have your engraving details, we'll email visual proofs for you to approve.
We ask for logos in a vector format where possible. We also accept .jpeg and .png. For text, you can send this as a word document, in a spreadsheet, or in the body of an email. If ordering multiple styles of trophy, please clearly label how you would like the text assigned.
What is the engraving limit on a custom trophy?
This varies from trophy to trophy. If you upload your details using our configurator, the live proof will show you how much text you can add to your award.

Can I engrave copyrighted material?
Gaudio are not responsible for checking or acquiring the rights to trademarked materials. Please ensure you have all relevant permissions for manufacture and distribution before uploading content.
How much does engraving cost?
The price you see on the product includes engraving. We want to make ordering a custom trophy as simple as possible, so we avoid complicated origination and personalisation costs.
On some presentation cups, additional engraving is available upon request which may incur an extra charge. A member of the team will let you know if this applies before you checkout.

Choose from five different fonts to engrave your chosen text onto our collection of crystal & glass awards.
Logos, Pictures and Graphics
Many of our awards allow for logos, pictures or graphics to be uploaded, either on their own or alongside text.
We'd highly recommend using a high quality image. Smaller or poor quality files will result in an unclear engraving. Our online configurator accepts .jpeg and .png file formats. If you have your image available in a vector format, please email shop@gaudio.co.uk

How are trophies engraved and personalised?
Laser Engraving
High-spec lasers allow for a clean, detailed finish on a range of trophy materials. Glass, crystal, wood and metal awards are engraved with your personalised details using a laser engraver. Laser engraved trophies showcase crisp detail on the surface of a custom trophy, outlining text or logos.
Sandblasting
Some of our glass & crystal awards are engraved using a sandblasting machine. This means the engraving has a more frosted look against the surface of the glass.
Dome Inserts
Full colour dome inserts are available for our range of custom medals. These are high-quality self adhesive inserts. The domed insert protects and displays your chosen artwork. Colour-matched print is perfect for sporting emblems or any other logo you'd like to celebrate with.
Name Plates
Name plates adhere to the base of an award to display printed or engraved text. We offer name plates to personalise trophy cups, resin awards, and crystal trophies.
